Pride is an acknowledged modern classic. David Mellor's first cutlery, designed in 1953, is now in many international collections. The simple elegance of Pride encapsulates the modern ethos of the Festival of Britain on the South Bank in 1951. Pride is still being immaculately made in their own factory. Knife handles are black or ivory acetyl resin, or silver plate. Sterling silver is available to special order. Pride is available as individual pieces, as a 6 piece place setting or as a 44, 58 or 88 piece canteen.
